How to Restore a File/Folder for an Agentless Virtual Machine

You can restore a file or folder for an agentless Virtual machine of VMware and Hyper-V. The scenario describes how you can restore a file or folder.

Perform the following tasks:

1. Review the Restore Prerequisites and Considerations
2. Perform one of the following action:
   • Install Agent in the Virtual Machine (User)
   • Access the Virtual Machine through a Proxy Server (Administrator)
3. Connect Virtual Machine and Navigate to the Destination
4. Restore a File/Folder to the Original Location
5. Verify that the File/Folder was Restored
